The story

For 20 years, I have met so many people who know how to do things.

Entrepreneurs, changemakers and everyday people too.

Many of them have real passion, skills and experience.

But most of it goes to waste.

The problem is not what they know.
The problem is that nobody is learning from them.

The people who have actually built something are usually too busy to teach. Many of them think nobody would want to learn from them, and most of them have never been asked.

So what they know stays with them. A few of their staff might pick some of it up, but most of it is lost. At the same time, the internet is full of people talking about things they have never done themselves.

We have plenty of people in Malaysia who know how to do things. What we don’t have is an easy way to learn from them.

So I did something about it

That is why I started Ker Academy.

People who know howPeople who want to learn

It is not another online course. It is a way to learn straight from the person who did it, through a masterclass, a workshop, a talk, or a visit to the place where they work.

Signature Experiences

Some lessons happen at the place where they work.
